In a great polo match, in which until today they faced undefeated formations of LD Valiente and Ellerstina Pilot, 5 of them with 10-goal handicaps, it was the triumph of the Pieres brothers and Curtis Pilot, after turning the scoreboard and achieving the triumph and the title by 12-10.

The final began with the people of Cañuelas handling the process of the game and thanks to a great efficiency against rival wicks, LD Valiente managed to get 5-1 averaging the second chukker, in a good passage by Pablo Mac Donough. From there on, the Zeta (Ellerstina) adjusted the marks and slowly began to limit the advantage that its rival had. The Pieres brothers’ game grew and after winning three straight sets (third, fourth and fifth chukkers), they achieved the expected equality. It was only two minutes after the sixth chukker, which was first placed on the scoreboard, after a good goal from the older brother, Gonzalito. But LD Valiente recovered and managed to draw at 9 to reach the last chukker with the score even. In the decisive period, Facundo Pieres again scored.
